What is SPS? - Special Educational Support

Special Educational Support or SPS is an offer to get extra help to compensate for any cognitive difficulties, disabilities, diagnoses or other issues.

It may be that you suffer from ADHD, Dyslexia, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, a Disability, Mental Illness or Other, and here SPS can help you manage your studies.

As a patient with schizophrenia, I have needed SPS to understand the academic genre and assignment structure through a subject support teacher, and with a mentor, I have received help with structure, study techniques, and academic sparring through a fellow student.

The University of Copenhagen has helped me get a good start on my studies on my bachelor's in Danish (Study of media, English language, Danish language and communication) by offering me SPS.
